5 BENEFITS OF BRAGG ACV
Back in January 2023, it was rumored on the internet that Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar had been bought out by Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. While I can’t confirm this, I was very sad to hear that the ingredients / formula had been changed.
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar has always been a part of my family growing up, so it no surprise that I’ve also found uses for it in my house hold.
Personally, Bragg's ACV is one of my absolute FAVE "everything" things.
I take shots of it for digestive health,
I use it in my hair masks to help deep-cleanse my scalp
I've even diluted it to use as part my skincare at some point!
Here are some other really great uses for Apple Cider Vinegar if you don’t already use it daily:
